Olawale Oloye, PhD in View

Olawale is a value-driven Chemical Engineer with technical know-how in the engineering of nanostructured liquid metal alloys with the aim of providing solutions in the area of energy and environment. Skilled at collaborating with senior colleagues in research, analysis, and solutions optimizing operations, improving safety, strengthening compliance and capturing margin-improvement opportunities. He graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and obtained his master’s in engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is currently a sessional academic / PhD candidate at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Oluwatoyin Olojido, PhD.

I graduated with a first-class degree in Accounting from Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria in 2011, obtained a distinction in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds in 2015 and was awarded a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds in May 2020. My research covers the role of corporate boards in enhancing the performance of firms from a historical perspective. I am very passionate about mentoring and human resource development.

Kevin Yoro, PhD.

Kelvin is a researcher in the Sustainable Energy Systems Group in the Energy Analysis and Environmental Impacts Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, California USA. He received his MSc. Eng and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2017 and 2020 respectively, a B.Eng. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maiduguri in 2012, as well as a PGD in Education from the University of Mkar in 2014. His core research interest is in Modelling, Simulation & Optimization of Complex Systems, Process Intensification, Reverse Engineering, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Systems, Life Cycle Assessment and Techno-economic Analysis of Industrial Processes. He is passionate about teaching & research; his goal is to mentor aspiring scientists to achieve their academic goals.

Emmanuel Bamidele, PhD in View.

Emmanuel Bamidele is currently a doctoral student at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA. He obtained Bachelor of Engineering and Master’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in Nigeria and University of Johannesburg, South Africa respectively. He is a strong believer in consistent investment in knowledge, problem solving and management skills. He is very passionate about mentoring and collaboration.

Rukudzo Pamacheche, PhD.

Rukudzo Pamacheche is a researcher and academic facilitator and advisor at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She has experience lecturing undergraduate courses and advising postgraduate researchers in business sciences. She qualified for a PhD in Business Science from the same university in 2020 and focused on client loyalty in the marketing of personalised care services. She has genuine interests in consumer-related research and other implementation research as well as creative writing for motivational and non-academic works. She believes in continuous self-development and being part of MBDI provides a good opportunity and motivation for knowledge sharing through the mentorship and collaboration platforms.
